This new batch of In Colors are a fun group of colors. The five colors are Rococo Rose, Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray, and Purple Posy. I used the new Daisy Lane bundle to show off these colors for a simple set of cards.

To make the cards, I began by cutting the In Color cardstock to 11″ x 4-1/4″ (scored at 5-1/2″ on the long side). The Whisper White layer on each card is cut to 5″ x 3-3/4″ and adhered to the card base after stamping. Using Pear Pizzazz ink, stamp the sentiment in the upper left corner. Then stamp the stem image two times with the same ink color.
Since I do not have the ink pads for the In Colors yet, I inked up the daisy stamps with the markers. To color the stamp with a marker, use the large, brush tip end and gently run it over the stamp. I inked and stamped both daisy images two times with each color on scraps of Whisper White cardstock. The larger daisies were punched out with the Daisy Punch and the smaller daisies were punched out with the new Medium Daisy Punch.
After all the daisies were punched out, I used the Bone Folder to slightly curl all the petals. Then I adhered the matching pairs of daisies together using a glue dot in the center. I used another glue dot on the bottom of the pairs to adhere it to the card at the top of the stem image. To finish the card, I added the Gold Faceted Gems to the center of each daisy.
Below is a closer look at each color card.
Rococo Rose

Terracotta Tile

Pretty Peacock

Seaside Spray

Purple Posy

It was fun to finally create with these colors using the ink (even if only in marker form). I shared a card featuring all of these colors for a swap not too long ago, which you can check out here, and I’m excited to use the colors more now that I have one form of the ink.
Which of these In Colors is your favorite?
