The template for this card set is One Sheet Wonder Template #10 in my Make With Me Library (sign up here for your free access).  It is a pretty basic design, but it will allow you to get 12 cards from one sheet.  And if you use both sheets of the same pattern, you would get 24, plus, if you don’t mind having a variety of Christmas cards to send out, you could use some of the other patterned sheets (or the whole pack!) for up to 144 cards.  Keep reading to learn how to put these Christmas cards together.

For this set, I used the small jingle bells and pine cones pattern.  I used Old Olive cardstock for the card bases, Night of Navy for the layer behind the DSP, and Whisper White for the punched out pieces and for the inside.  The “Merry Christmas” stamp is from the Star of Light set and stamped with Real Red ink.  For embellishing, I went with the Gold Metallic Thread.

To make the card base, cut a piece of Old Olive cardstock to 11″ x 4-1/4″ and score and fold at 5-1/2″ on the long side.  Cut the DSP according to the template and layer it on top of a 4-1/4″ x 3-1/4″ piece of Night of Navy cardstock.  Center this layered piece on the card front.  Use the Everyday Label punch and center a 1″ strip of Whisper White cardstock in it to punch out a shorter label shape.  Stamp the sentiment with Real Red ink on the punched out piece.  Cut about 40″ of Gold thread and wrap around your fingers multiple times and then adhere it to the back of the punched out piece.  Add this piece to the card with Dimensionals.  Adhere a 4-1/4″ x 3-1/4″ piece of Whisper White cardstock to the inside of the card.
