OnStage@Home Demonstrator Event

Dec 14, 2020 | Cards, New Catalog

Last month I was able to attend a virtual Stampin’ Up! demonstrator event – OnStage@Home! It was filled with many training videos about the upcoming January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. I missed not being able to connect with other demonstrators in person, but it was still a fun time! Check out the goodies I got and projects I made from the event below.

When registering for this demonstrator event, I chose to add on the swag box. The box arrived just before the event and was filled with some fun items (see above) – grid paper, journals, a pen, stickers, pins, and a stamp set from the upcoming catalog. It also included this awesome bag (below).

It features some bright colored stripes on the front. And the inside has a fun popsicle pattern (which coordinates with some items in the upcoming catalog)!

Separate from the swag box, we could preorder a few items to follow along during the event’s make and take projects. These items are part of the Dandy Garden Suite of products coming soon. The Dragonfly Punch coordinates with the Dragonfly Garden stamp set and some of the patterns in the Dandy Garden 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper pack. For the embellishments, there is the Mossy Meadow Braided Linen Trim and the Ladybug Trinkets.

For the make and take projects, we were given paper measurements prior to the event to prepare the materials. Then during the video, we could easily follow along to make the three projects.

My team leaders sent gifts to those of us who registered for the event. Susan of Sue Stampfield sent a little treat box with some goodies to snack on during the event. Rachel of Stamp Your Art Out sent a fun fold card with a scissor charm. It was a fun surprise to get some happy mail from them.

One of the demonstrator perks I enjoy is being able to attend events like this…even if it looked a little different this time. There is always so much fun and creativity to be had! If you want to learn more about being a demonstrator, check out this page of my site or contact me.
